The raw material called “frit” and special mineral additives are the beginning of the Porcelain Enamel product. Frit is formulated for the environment in which it will function. 

Special, low-carbon enameling grade steels, cast iron and aluminum are provided as a medium for application.

Preparation and application equipment and supplies come in the form of chemicals, mills and washers. Spray, dip, flow, electrostatic and powder coating machinery as well as dryers and furnaces complete the process.
